UK and Ireland Standard Delivery £4.00 Estimated delivery 2-4 working days on orders placed before 3pm.

UK Next Day £6.00 Orders placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 4.30pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. If you place an order on Saturday after 4.30pm and select Next Day Delivery then your order will be processed on Monday & arrive with you on Tuesday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you will love your ELLDXN dress as much as we do but if this is not the case, We will of course accept your return or exchange. Please read through all of the points below carefully and return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of you receiving your goods.

Contact elldxn@hotmail.com stating the style, size and colour of your dress and the reason behind the exchange/return
No garment will be accepted back for returns or exchanges if the black ribbon and sign are removed from the garment
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag
Returned goods must reach ELLDXN no longer than 14 days from the date you receive them, we will not accept returned goods after this time. Please note before making any purchase from this site that any refund can take up to 14 working days.
Full refund will be given for the cost of the item, excluding postage & returns cost.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your responsibility.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days to refund your account you will receive an email stating your account has been credited.
ELLDXN cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed.
Once an exchange has been approved we will require you to pay the cost postage of the exchanged item.
If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you
If in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
